A few years back I remember reading that to become well known as a photographer it was important to stick with one subject in your photography, be it landscapes, portraits, macro, wildlife, etc. I haven't been able to follow that advice. I can't seem to narrow my focus. I certainly enjoy being out in the natural world, and much of what you will see in my portfolio reflects that. The greatest influence in my subject matter is the wonderful place I live - Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada. Almost all of the photos you will see were shot on this beautiful island.
